The M4U - Mobile for You, constituted in September 2000, is a management company with aggregated value services for mobile telephony, conventional and convergent. For such, the main abilities developed by the company are congregated in the Solutions Development, Quality, Operations and Marketing/BI areas.
The Solutions Development Area counts with almost 100 experienced specialists with specific abilities for the development of solutions in mobile telephony, conventional and convergent. Its main objective is to deliver solutions with the agility necessary required by the businesses of our customers and partners.
The Quality area has the responsibility to guarantee the satisfaction about the offered services including analysis of processes, tests and usability, mainly in that it says respect to the evolution of each one of these services.
The team of Operations is responsible for the hardware and software operational infrastructure of the solutions in operation. One of its main activities is the monitoring of the hardware platforms, as well as the performances pointers of the software elements. The monitoring includes the connections and platforms directly integrated into the operator partners.
For the services on our management, the Marketing/BI area has the mission "to create intelligence necessary” for the management and increase the yield of these services.
